1.5 kg Ice Cream Mix, Gluten Free, EASY BLUE KID
Complete and perfectly balanced semi-finished product "EASY BLUEKID", to which only water is added for the preparation of ice cream, soft ice cream and milkshakes using the cold process, ready in 15 minutes.
Semi-finished powder for cold-process ice cream preparation, simply by adding water. Children love it for both its vanilla flavor and its light blue color.
Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed milk powder , coconut oil, milk protein, dextrose, fructose, glucose syrup, vegetable fiber. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), propylene glycol ester (E477), diacetyl tartaric acid ester (E472e). Stabilizers: guar gum (E412), cellulose gum (E466). Flavorings, modified starch, maltodextrin. Colorings: brilliant blue FCF (E133).
Dosage:
- For EASY version GELATO: 1.5 kg of product in 2.5 liters of water or milk. One package makes one tub of ice cream.
- For SOFT ICE CREAM 1.5 kg of product in 3 litres of water or milk.
- For FRAPPE' 1.5 kg of product in 6 litres of water or milk.
Preparation tips: For EASY and SOFT ice cream, with fruit and milkshakes, mix vigorously with an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before churning. Stir the product occasionally in the SOFT ice cream bowl.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.
