Complete and perfectly balanced "LACTOSEFREE WATERMELON" preparation, to which only water is added for the preparation of ice cream, soft ice cream, granitas and milkshakes using the cold process, ready in 10 minutes.
WATERMELON flavor, lactose-free and free from ingredients of animal origin, for lactose intolerant people, selected from the best flavors of traditional Italian ice cream.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, coconut oil, vegetable fibers. Acidifier: citric acid (E330). Stabilizers: xanthan gum (E415), guar gum (E412), methylcellulose (E461). Modified starch. Emulsifiers: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472a), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471). Colors: beta-carotene (E160a), cochineal (E120). Flavorings, modified starch.
Preparation tips:
For EASY and SOFT ice cream, with fruit, granita, and milkshakes, mix vigorously with an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before churning. Stir the product occasionally in the SOFT ice cream bowl.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.

Dosage:
- For EASY version GELATO: 1.25 kg of product in 2.5 liters of water. One package makes one tub of ice cream.
- FRUIT Version: Mix 1.25 kg of product with 1 kg of fruit or fresh or frozen fruit juice in 1.5 liters of water. One package makes one tub of ice cream.
- For SOFT ICE CREAM 1.25 kg of product in 3 litres of water.
- For GRANITA 1.25 kg of product in 5 litres of water.
- For FRAPPE' 1.25 kg of product in 6 litres of water or vegetable milk.
