1.8 kg Extra Dark Chocolate Ice Cream Mix, Lactose-Free and Vegan-Friendly
Perfectly balanced complete "EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE" mix, to which only water is added for making ice cream, ready in 10 minutes.
Dark chocolate flavor , lactose-free and free from animal ingredients, suitable for lactose intolerants and vegans, selected from the best flavors of traditional Italian ice cream.
The same product can be used with the slush machine to obtain a cold cream.
Ingredients: Dextrose, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin , flavorings), fat-reduced cocoa, sugar, fructose, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Stabilizers: locust bean gum (E410), guar gum (E412).
Dosage: ICE CREAM and COLD CREAM: 1.8 kg of EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE in 2.2 litres of water at 70-80°C. Disperse under intense stirring and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes before churning. To make the ice cream, pour into the slush machine at maximum cold, to make the cold cream.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.
