Perfectly balanced complete "LACTOSEFREE DARK CHOCOLATE" mix, to which only water needs to be added, for the preparation of ice cream, soft ice cream, cold creams and milkshakes using the cold process, ready in 10 minutes.
DARK CHOCOLATE flavor , lactose-free and free from ingredients of animal origin , for lactose intolerant and vegans, selected from the best flavors of traditional Italian ice cream.
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings), fat-reduced cocoa, dextrose, sugar, fructose, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Emulsifiers: propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids (E477), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e). Stabilizers: carob seed gum (E410), guar gum (E412). Salt, flavorings.
Dosage :
- For ICE CREAM: 1.8 kg of product in 2.2 liters of boiling water. One container makes one tub of ice cream.
- For SOFT ICE CREAM 1.8 kg of product in 2.8 litres of boiling water.
- For COLD CREAM 1.8 kg of product in 2.25 litres of boiling water.
- For FRAPPE' 1.8 kg of product in 6 litres of water or vegetable milk.
Preparation Tips:
- For Ice Cream and Milkshakes: Disperse while stirring vigorously using an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before churning.
- For SOFT ice cream Disperse while stirring intensely using an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and pour it into the soft drink maker. Stir the mixture occasionally.
- For Cold Cream, Temperature Setting: -4.5°C/-5°C for slush machines with a digital panel. At maximum power for slush machines with a wheel.
Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.
