1.5 kg Fior di latte ice cream mix, lactose-free, vegan-friendly
Perfectly balanced complete "LACTOSEFREE FIOR DI LATTE" mix, to which only water is added for the preparation of ice cream, soft ice cream, granitas and milkshakes using the cold process, ready in 10 minutes.
FIOR DI LATTE flavor, lactose-free and free from ingredients of animal origin, for lactose intolerants and vegans, selected from the best flavors of traditional Italian ice cream.
Ingredients: Fructose, maltodextrin, vegetable fibers, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Emulsifiers: propane-1,2-diolic esters of fatty acids (E477), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e). Stabilizers: carboxymethylcellulose (E466), carrageenan (E407). Flavorings, vegetable protein (soy), modified starch.
Dosage:
- For ICE CREAM: 1.5 kg of product in 2.5 liters of boiling water. One container makes one tub of ice cream.
- For SOFT ICE CREAM 1.5 kg of product in 3 litres of water.
Preparation tips:
For Gelato and SOFT Gelato, dissolve under intense agitation using an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before churning. Stir the product occasionally in the soft ice cream bowl.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.
