1.2 kg Kaimaki Ice Cream Mix
Complete and perfectly balanced "EASY KAIMAKI" preparation, to which only water or milk is added for the preparation of ice cream, soft ice cream and milkshakes using the cold process, ready in 10 minutes.
KAIMAKI flavor, selected from the finest traditional Greek ice cream flavors. The use of Chios mastic essential oil and original Greek salep creates an ice cream characterized by its intense flavor and persistent aroma.
Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, milk protein, coconut oil, vegetable fiber. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), propylene glycol ester (E477), diacetyl tartaric acid ester (E472e). Stabilizers: guar gum (E412), cellulose gum (E466). Chios mastic essential oil, spices, glucose syrup, modified starch.
Dosage:
- For EASY version ICE CREAM: 1.2 kg of product in 2 litres of boiling water and 1 kg of 35% cream. One pack makes one tub of ice cream.
- For SOFT ICE CREAM 1.2 kg of product in 3 litres of water or milk.
- For FRAPPE' 1.2 kg of product in 6 litres of water or milk.
Preparation tips: For EASY and SOFT ice cream, with fruit and milkshakes, mix vigorously with an immersion blender and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before churning. Stir the product occasionally in the SOFT ice cream bowl.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Best before 36 months from the production date.
